端午节，又称端阳节、龙舟节、天中节等，它源于上古先民择“飞龙在天”吉日拜祭龙祖、祈福避邪，注入夏季时令“祛病防疫”风尚；把端午视为“恶月恶日”起源于北方中原，附会纪念屈原等历史人物的内容。

1）Soak the bamboo leaves . 粽叶先浸水。
2）Fill the boat-shaped leaves with a few tablespoons of the soaked sticky rice. Sprinkle the top with some red beans.

3）Add some marinated meat or salted egg yolk.
再加入腌制过的肉或者咸蛋黄。
4）Wrap it with a string into your favourite shape, either into a triangular shape, rectangular or cone are all fine.

5）Boil them, first over high heat, then lower the heat until some cracks are seen on the surface.
